Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI/ML strategy, aligning with company vision and market trends

Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles

- Expertise in deep learning, NLP, and reinforcement learning architectures
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical concepts to business stakeholders
