Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision for Generative AI features, aligning technical capabilities with business goals for the 2026 roadmap.
- Roadmap Management: Prioritize features and manage the agile development lifecycle to deliver high-impact AI solutions on time.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to understand model constraints, latency requirements, and ethical AI considerations.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop launch strategies and drive user adoption of new AI capabilities.
- User Research: Conduct deep-dive user interviews and usability testing to ensure AI products are intuitive, accessible, and solve real-world problems.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor model performance metrics and iterate on product features to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science products.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to interpret model outputs and user data.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
