Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI models optimized for neuromorphic hardware and quantum processors.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in researching and implementing Generative AI 2.0 frameworks for predictive analytics.
- Bridge the gap between theoretical quantum algorithms and practical, scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and bias mitigation in autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into product roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane).
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformer architectures, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) specifically for high-performance computing (HPC) workloads.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments and drive technical vision.
