Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-secure AI frameworks for 2026 deployment
- Establish research roadmap for neural-symbolic integration and explainable AI systems
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on federated learning protocols for edge quantum computing
- Drive ethical AI governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and US NIST standards
- Secure $15M+ in DARPA/NSF grants for next-gen quantum-AI hybrid research
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Develop commercialization pathways for quantum-encrypted AI applications in healthcare and finance
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years managing quantum/AI teams
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning or neuromorphic computing
- Expertise in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and Cirq frameworks
- Track record of securing $10M+ in government research grants
- Deep knowledge of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience building AI ethics boards and responsible innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design languages
