Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement novel neural network architectures and algorithms focused on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 timeframe.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs): Fine-tune and distill massive models to run efficiently on edge devices and cloud environments.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning, publishing results in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Production Deployment: Translate theoretical research into robust, production-ready code and integrate AI solutions into our core product ecosystem.
- Ethical AI Advocacy: Ensure all models adhere to strict fairness, transparency, and safety guidelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in research or applied AI roles, specifically with deep learning frameworks.
- Mathematical Foundation: Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics.
- Project Management: Ability to manage complex research projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
