- Create simulation environments for testing AI-human collaboration paradigms in industrial settings
- Author white papers and patents for breakthrough techniques in federated learning
- Mentor junior researchers through our AI Ethics Fellowship program
- Present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI) with industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PNAS) on neural network optimization
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with hands-on quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems with >99.99% uptime
- Deep understanding of alignment problem and AI safety protocols (RLHF, Constitutional AI)
- Proficiency in high-performance computing (HPC) environments and distributed ML systems
- Strong background in cognitive science and human-computer interaction principles
