Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in generative AI and multimodal learning systems
- Develop and optimize novel neural network architectures for edge deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Author and publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Design and conduct large-scale experiments on quantum-accelerated AI frameworks
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source AI initiatives
- Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all research outputs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in generative AI or deep learning
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Published record at top-tier AI conferences or journals
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate research into production systems
- Fluency in Python and C++ with strong algorithmic design skills
