Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural network architectures
- Lead cross-functional projects in explainable AI and ethical AI frameworks
- Develop proprietary algorithms for real-time autonomous decision-making
- Author breakthrough research papers for top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced ML techniques
- Partner with product teams to commercialize research breakthroughs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in AI research with published papers at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100B+ parameter model experience
- Demonstrated success in deploying production AI systems
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and generative models
