Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel machine learning algorithms for natural language processing and computer vision systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and explainable AI frameworks

- Publish findings in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR) and secure research grants
- Mentor junior researchers and establish best practices for ethical AI development

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences or journals
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Experience with MLOps tools and productionizing ML models at scale
