Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum-enhanced neural networks

- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation culture
- Secure external funding through DARPA/NIH grant proposals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of research experience in deep learning or quantum ML
- Published 3+ papers at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR
- Proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch and quantum computing frameworks
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and NLP
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Proven ability to translate research into commercial applications
