Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML models for 2026-scale applications

- Prototype quantum-enhanced neural networks
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in applied ML research with publications at NeurIPS/ICML
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-level AI systems
- Deep knowledge of transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation
