Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making

- Contribute to ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible innovation and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with government agencies on AI policy development and regulatory compliance
- Drive patent applications for proprietary AI methodologies and architectural innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of industry research experience
- Proven expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and generative adversarial networks
- Publication record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 10+ peer-reviewed papers
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark)
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and cloud-based AI infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants (NSF/DARPA preferred)
