Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced AI algorithms for autonomous decision-making systems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Develop predictive models for complex systems with 10^9+ parameter optimization
- Author white papers and patents for breakthrough AI methodologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in translating research into production-ready solutions
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design AI-optimized computing architectures
- Present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and quantum computing libraries
- Proven ability to scale ML models to petabyte-scale datasets
- Strong background in reinforcement learning and multi-agent systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing hardware (Intel Loihi, IBM TrueNorth)
- Portfolio of deployed AI systems with measurable impact
