Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced neural architectures for 2026-era cognitive computing
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in quantum-ML hybrid systems
- Develop novel algorithms for ethical AI governance and bias mitigation
- Collaborate with robotics teams to integrate sentient interfaces into physical systems
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier AI/quantum computing journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, Quantum Computing, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with transformer architectures and quantum ML
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Proven track record of building production-level neural systems
- Experience with neuromorphic computing and brain-computer interfaces
