Responsibilities
- Lead development of next-gen AI models with 10x current efficiency benchmarks

- Architect quantum-optimized neural networks for real-time data processing
- Develop safety protocols for autonomous systems in high-stakes environments
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor PhD candidates in emerging AI paradigms
- Secure $2M+ in annual research grants through DARPA/NIH partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI with 5+ years industry R&D experience
- Published 15+ papers in top-tier AI/ML conferences
- Expertise in transformer architectures and quantum computing fundamentals
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Deep understanding of AI alignment and existential risk mitigation
- Experience building production-scale LLM systems (>100B parameters)
