Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for next-generation autonomous systems
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum neural networks
- Develop novel approaches to multimodal data fusion across sensory and contextual streams
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier AI/ML conferences and journals
- Translate theoretical innovations into scalable production-ready systems
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Proven expertise in deep learning architectures (transformers, GNNs, diffusion models)
- Strong publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Experience with large-scale model training (10B+ parameters)
- Understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation techniques
- Ability to translate complex research concepts into practical applications
