Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Published work in top-tier ML/AI conferences with 15+ citations
- Expertise in transformers, reinforcement learning, and distributed ML systems
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in AI ethics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Experience with MLOps and productionizing ML models at scale
