Responsibilities
- Architect multi-modal AI systems integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and explainable AI frameworks
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI adoption across enterprise operations and customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing federated learning and zero-trust AI architectures
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory landscapes
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging AI opportunities and competitive threats
- Partner with product teams to translate AI capabilities into market-ready innovations
- Present strategic initiatives to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise-scale AI systems with $100M+ impact
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing principles, neural-symbolic integration, and generative AI
- Strong background in AI ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Experience with cloud-native AI deployment (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAIGP) or relevant domain expertise
