Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for autonomous agents and decision-making systems.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Machine Learning models targeting 2026+ standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into complex product ecosystems.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI compliance.
- Conduct technical due diligence for emerging AI technologies and partnerships.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in advanced deep learning techniques.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade LLMs and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for solving complex, unstructured problems.
