Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing cutting-edge AI solutions for autonomous systems, quantum computing integration, and ethical AI frameworks
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech innovators, academic institutions, and regulatory bodies to shape AI policy and standards
- Present AI vision and progress to C-suite executives, investors, and board members
- Oversee $50M+ AI R&D budget allocation and vendor management
- Drive innovation in human-AI collaboration models for 2026 workforce transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record in developing and scaling enterprise AI roadmaps beyond 2025
- Expertise in emerging AI domains: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or AGI safety
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent technical leadership experience
- Executive presence with experience interfacing with C-suite and regulatory bodies
- Strong background in ethical AI governance and responsible AI frameworks
