Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive AI strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product strategists
- Drive innovation in generative AI, neural networks, and human-AI collaboration systems
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and regulatory compliance
- Partner with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ AI transformation budget
- Present vision to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor senior AI professionals and build next-gen talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy, with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in quantum computing integration and generative AI architectures
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent industry impact
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience managing 20+ person technical teams across multiple time zones
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and enterprise AI deployment tools
