Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 AI innovation roadmap, aligning with business objectives and emerging technological trends
- Lead a cross-functional team of 15+ AI researchers, engineers, and product strategists
- Drive strategic partnerships with academia, government, and industry leaders to accelerate AI adoption
- Oversee the development of proprietary AI frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Champion ethical AI principles and ensure compliance with evolving global regulations
- Secure $50M+ in strategic funding and resources through compelling investor narratives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership, with proven experience in scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, and generative AI systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or a related field from a top-tier institution
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent industry contributions
- Track record of securing government grants and corporate partnerships for AI projects
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for C-suite and stakeholder presentations
