Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 AI strategy roadmap integrating quantum-neural hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, ethicists, and domain specialists
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions for cutting-edge AI research
- Translate technical capabilities into market-ready solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field or equivalent experience
- Published research in quantum machine learning or neuro-symbolic systems
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives across enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI implementation
- Strong background in federated learning and edge-AI deployment
