- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment in regulated industries
- Drive partnerships with leading AI research institutions (MIT, Stanford, DeepMind)
- Mentor talent in next-gen AI methodologies including federated learning and generative adversarial networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy with proven 2026-future vision (quantum/neuro-symbolic AI exposure required)
- Executive experience scaling AI initiatives to $100M+ revenue impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or explainable AI frameworks
- Expertise in deploying AI solutions across regulated sectors (healthcare/finance)
