Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 business objectives

- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment including bias mitigation and compliance monitoring
- Drive ROI analysis and KPI tracking for AI initiatives, presenting insights to executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging AI trends and technologies, evaluating their strategic relevance to InnovateTech
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate next-gen AI capabilities
- Manage vendor partnerships and ecosystem development for AI infrastructure and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML strategy, data science, or technology leadership with 3+ years in executive decision-making roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments with measurable business impact
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks, NLP, and generative AI applications
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IBM AI Ethics, Google Responsible AI) and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field with MBA preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Published thought leadership on AI strategy or transformation (articles, whitepapers, patents)
