Responsibilities
- Load, unload, sort, and scan packages accurately to ensure proper delivery.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly workspace to prevent accidents.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 49 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and twist for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks/outdoors).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
