Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated zones to optimize workflow
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to the 1420 Amazon Way facility
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
