Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and performance targets.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate a handheld scanner.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
