Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet strict deadlines.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Inspect products for damage and report any inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Work in various weather conditions inside our state-of-the-art climate-controlled facilities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maintain high productivity levels.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to work in environments that may be hot, cold, or loud.
