Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for orders with high accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak seasons.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 49 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills for operating scanners and handheld devices.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Willingness to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
