Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, forklift) safely and according to protocols.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging meets Amazon's standards.
- Load and unload trucks in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if applicable) and on assigned shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
