Responsibilities
- Safely package, scan, and sort customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Reliable transportation to the 1230 E. Alessandro Blvd facility
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid CA driver's license preferred for equipment operation
