Responsibilities
- Safely move inventory using powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Pick, pack, and scan orders with 99%+ accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Participate in daily team briefings and training
- Adhere to OSHA and Amazon safety protocols
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy
- Valid government-issued ID
- Pass background/drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts (days/nights/weekends)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
