Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (provided by Amazon) for inventory movement and storage
- Scan and sort packages using handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records
- Load/unload freight from trucks while adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces for optimal efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors
- Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Commitment to safety compliance and teamwork
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
