Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision using provided handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after comprehensive training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling various package sizes
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper equipment
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn scanning systems
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid state ID (driver's license preferred)
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
