Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently process inbound/outbound inventory using scanning equipment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining quality control
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all Amazon safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanning systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Strong teamwork ethic and attention to detail
