Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and scan orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Sort and organize packages in designated warehouse zones
- Assist with unloading/loading trucks and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to the San Francisco facility
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
