Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and productivity
- Meet daily productivity goals while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with touchscreen devices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
