Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan customer orders using handheld scanning technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety protocols
- Sort and organize inventory in designated zones to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Load and unload freight trucks while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and Amazon safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Valid government-issued photo ID and proof of work authorization
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
