Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently receive, sort, and stock inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to Amazon's quality control and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holiday seasons as needed
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience a plus
