Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and sort inventory using advanced scanning systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet daily throughput goals

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently with proper technique

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation (if applicable)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
