Responsibilities
- Receiving and Processing: Inspect, tag, and stow incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Picking and Packing: Fulfill customer orders by selecting products and preparing them for shipment.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer literacy and comfort using handheld scanners.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible shift schedules.
