Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Load/unload trailers and maintain organized inventory flow
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and ergonomic best practices
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 10+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
