Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders using handheld scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or facility hazards
- Support inventory management processes including receiving and stocking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in varying climate conditions (coolers/freezers)
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
