Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (provided) including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanning devices
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stocking and cycle counting
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and workplace hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
