Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) provided by Amazon
- Sort, scan, and package orders with precision and efficiency
- Maintain inventory accuracy using barcode scanning systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and equipment handling guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Inspect equipment for functionality and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic computer literacy for scanning systems
- Experience with warehouse equipment or willingness to train
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper equipment support
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation training)
