Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound shipments using provided equipment
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision
- Operate warehouse machinery (pallet jacks, forklifts) with on-the-job training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and tracking
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled facility
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
- Reliable transportation to the International Blvd facility
- No prior warehouse experience required (training provided)
