Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, scanners) provided by Amazon
- Sort, scan, and pack customer orders with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy using provided scanning technology
- Adhere to strict safety protocols while handling materials
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours (equipment provided for support)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with provided lifting equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to the facility
