Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and scan orders in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Process returns and inventory with attention to detail and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and Amazon safety protocols
- Support peak season operations during high-demand periods
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
