- Inventory Management: Staging, sorting, and organizing stock to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Equipment Operation: Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for long periods.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
- Basic Math: Ability to perform basic arithmetic and use scanning equipment.
